  The technician that came out was knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we only needed assistance with our opener, he took the time to take a look over our entire system and tighten a few loose pieces, as well as lubricating all the moving parts of our door.   We have never experienced what it takes to replace anything for the garage door, and they took the time to explain what happened and the steps to fix it. He was very professional, kind, and took very good care of what was necessary to get the door back to functional use.
